California AB 1200 Disclosure

California Assembly Bill 1200 (AB 1200) requires cookware manufacturers to disclose the presence of certain chemicals that are intentionally added to cookware components and are identified on designated California authoritative lists.
This page provides information about chemicals present in specific cookware components, including the relevant Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) numbers and references to the applicable authoritative lists.
The presence of a listed chemical does not indicate that the product is unsafe. These disclosures are provided to comply with California AB 1200 disclosure requirements.
Definitions
Cookware: Items used to prepare, dispense, or store food, foodstuffs, or beverages.
Intentionally Added Chemical: A chemical deliberately incorporated into a product that has a functional or technical effect in the finished product or component.
CAS Number: A unique numerical identifier assigned to chemical substances by the Chemical Abstracts Service.
